How often should I clean my solar panels?
Every 6-12 months in Central Florida. With heavy pollen, bird droppings, trees or excessive dirt, more frequent cleanings keep production at maximum and protect your investment.
Can you service a system you didn't install?
Absolutely — that's our specialty. Any brand, any installer. If your original company is unreachable or out of business, we take over and care for your system like it's our own.
Will service void my warranty?
No. We're licensed and insured and service your system properly — protecting both your roof and your equipment warranty.
Do you work on two-story roofs?
Yes. Our team is fully equipped and trained to safely service one- and two-story homes. Safety is always our top priority.
How often should I clean my solar panels?
Every 6–12 months in Central Florida. With heavy pollen, nearby trees or birds, more often keeps production at its peak.
Do you use pressure washers?
No. High pressure can damage seals and micro-cracks the glass. We soft-wash with purified water — the manufacturer-safe method.
Will cleaning really increase my output?
Yes — soiling commonly costs 5–25% of production. Restoring it shows up on your next power bill.
Can you clean panels you didn't install?
Always. Any brand, any installer — cleaning included.
Can you fix a system another company installed?
Yes — that's our specialty. We service and repair any brand, any installer, even if they're out of business.
My monitoring stopped working — can you help?
Usually yes. A dropped Wi-Fi/gateway connection is common and fixable; we restore communication and confirm production.
What brands do you repair?
Enphase, SolarEdge, Generac, Tesla, Sol-Ark, REC, Q CELLS, Canadian Solar and more.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
We give you a clear quote up front. Ask about our free/credited diagnostic when you book.
Do you work with my roofer?
Yes. We coordinate the removal before and the reinstall after your roofer finishes, so the whole project stays on schedule.
Will this void my warranty?
No — done properly it protects it. Improper removal is what voids warranties; we follow manufacturer methods and document everything.
How long are the panels off?
Usually just the roofing window — often a few days. We aim to minimize downtime.
Can you reinstall panels from any installer?
Yes, any brand and any original installer.
What does a maintenance plan cover?
Regular cleanings, an annual inspection, and a monitoring/production check — with priority scheduling. We tailor it to your system size.
How often will you come out?
Typically two cleanings and one full inspection a year; more if your site needs it (heavy pollen, trees, birds).
Can I start a plan on an older system?
Absolutely — any age, any brand, any installer.
Is there a contract?
Plans are flexible and homeowner-friendly. We'll explain the options with no pressure.
Which batteries do you service?
Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, Generac PWRcell, Sol-Ark and most major home-storage systems — any installer.
My Powerwall shows an error — can you help?
Yes. We diagnose the fault, restore monitoring, and get your backup ready; if it's a warranty part we help coordinate it.
Can you test that my backup will actually work?
Yes — we verify the transfer and capacity so you know it'll carry your home in an outage.
Do you install new batteries too?
Our focus is service, but we'll advise honestly and can point you the right direction.
Does critter guard damage my roof or panels?
No. It clips to the panel frames — no roof penetrations and no drilling into your modules.
Birds already nested — can you still help?
Yes. We humanely clear the area first, check for wiring damage, then seal it so they can't return.
Will it protect my wiring?
That's the point — sealing the perimeter stops rodents chewing cables, which prevents shorts and production loss.
Is it noticeable from the ground?
Barely — it's a low-profile black mesh that tucks under the panel edge.
